2. Taking The Stairs.

Not an exercise but a simple routine to follow and a healthier choice to make. A lot of people prefer taking the lift even when they have to cross a single floor, but here we are talking about being fit and healthy, which is why taking the stairs is the wiser thing to do. It’s simple and just like leg raises, even this will appear a little difficult for you, especially if you have to cross two to three floors but don’t worry because, with time, you will be able to build some stamina and climb as many stairs as you want to. 

3. Push Ups.

If you really don’t care about what your colleagues think, then the best thing to do is to opt for desk push-ups. Stay at a distance from your desk, keep both your feet on the floor and then do some push-ups. It’s easy, and it’s not even tiring. Just some sets of push-ups will work fine for you. As far as your colleagues are concerned, well, don’t worry about them because the chances are that they will appreciate you for working out at work and they might as well get a little motivation from you. 

4. Chair Dips.

For this exercise, you just need a chair that won’t slip or roll away. Fix your chair someplace where it won’t slip or move and then head to the front of your chair, place your legs out in the front and then put your hands on either side of your hips. Make sure that your fingers are pointing towards the desk. Once done, now use your core and your arms to raise your body off the chair, and there you go! Simple and easy way to work on your shoulders and your core!
